Wander for Wellbeing in Fingle Woods
Relax and enjoy exploring Fingle Woods with Emma Capper from Creative Journeys. This gentle, guided walk will draw on the principles of Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing) to focus on relaxing and releasing stress through connection with nature and art activities.
Place: Meet outside the Fingle Bridge Inn, Drewsteignton, Exeter, Devon, EX6 6PW.

Parking: Available at Fingle Bridge (SX 745 896)
Access: Some of the paths are unsurfaced and can become muddy or slippery during wet weather.
Extra things to know: Please dress appropriately for the weather and activity as it may be muddy and cold.
